3 Outside Of The Box Content Ideas

Digital marketing is one of the fastest-changing industries in the world. Therefore, it’s important to keep your content up to date with the latest trends and techniques to maximize its effectiveness and gain visibility in your industry. Whether working on your own or using a Social Media Marketing Firm, here are three outside-of-the-box content ideas that will help you take your marketing game to the next level!

Idea 1: Come up with 10 ideas – Then ask your Audience which Ones they would Prefer

What is your favorite idea? What do you think would work best? Or: Which one would you choose?. You can get more options by letting them vote on their preferred idea. The great thing about having an audience involved is that you won’t be able to sell them a product or service directly. Plus, it makes it easier for those who aren’t ready to buy to participate because they don’t feel they are being sold something, and they are allowing themselves to be part of your content without being under any pressure from you.

Idea 2: Collect Data and write an Article Based on it

One of my favorite ways to generate unique content is to gather information from a survey or research that I can turn into an interesting story. Here’s how I did it: I conducted a short 3-question survey and received 20 responses. Then, I compiled those results, found common themes in my respondents’ answers, and created an infographic with those findings used in a published post. This gives you valuable insight into what people are looking for on your site and will help you create more relevant content for your audience, building trust in return. A win-win!

Idea 3: Ask People how they are Coping in this Busy World

In a constantly moving world and demanding a lot from us. If you offer services or products that could help people with their daily lives, why not ask them how they cope with their busy schedules? What are they doing to ensure they are being proactive in their self-care? How is your product or service helping them manage all that life throws at them? Is there something new you can offer based on what you learn from your customers? Your readers will appreciate knowing someone else has felt overwhelmed before. Don’t forget to include some personal experiences yourself. It makes for an extremely authentic post if you can speak about times when you have been stressed and tired.

Final Thought

There’s a lot more to content marketing than just articles. Audiences love photos, infographics, and videos – so it’s always a good idea to consider different ways to reach your audience. Make sure you’re staying on top of all these content types with Social Media Marketing tool and a good social media marketing firm.
